******* by Telkom - inaccurate information

Took out a contract in March 2021. 1st deduction was 30 April 2021. In Feb 2023, called Telkom to inform them that I will not renew my contract, therefore I intend to cancel.

My understanding is that my 24 months was ending 30 April, however Telkom is informing me that my contract was only activated 12 May 2021.

Now they will deduct money for May as well, meaning that they're deducting for 25 months.

I have been communicating with them on Twitter. They first said last payment will be duducted end April, now they're saying it'll be deducted 30 May 2023.

Why did it take so long to activate contract if I opened contract in March 2021?
