Buyer Beware Telkom ****

<p>Telkom Mobile are ******** customers with mobile data.</p> <p>I recently bought a sim from Telkom mobile (with 1 gig of data) and inserted it into my fresh iPhone 5s.</p> <p>The phone displayed 0mb used from new.</p> <p>When Telkom notified me that my data had expired I noticed the network data usage (3G/LTE) on the device was sitting at 830mb.</p> <p>I then purchase another 2gigs data. When it expired my total data usage was sitting at 1.7gig (That is in addition to the first gig). </p> <p>This unacceptable and ******** behaviour needs to stop, it is not good for anyone.</p> <p>When I buy 2gigs from you, I expect 2 gigs!</p> <p>For those of you who don't know the calculation is as follows:</p> <p>8bits = 1byte,</p> <p>1024bytes = 1kilobyte,</p> <p>1024kilobytes = 1megabyte,</p> <p>1024megabytes = 1gigabyte.</p>
