Worst service ever, I received my devices after a month of waiting. 2 x Huawei U962 Cellphones (FREE ME 500MB TOP UP) for each of my kids and the HUAWEI Mobile WIFI E5573(10 GB DATA DEAL) Now, the Huawei U962 Cellphones phones packages are correct but the HUAWEI Mobile WIFI E5573 is also a FREE ME 500 MB contract. What am I going to do with that contract in that router, I singed up fit a 10 GB deal for the router not a FREE ME 500 MB deal. I have now been struggling since 15 May 2018 to get this sorted, I send messenger messages, I call but with no answer, eventually I hang up. Sent emails. I even went to TELKOM but they say I must work through Mondo because they did the deal. Interesting how they can help selling something to you, but if there is a problem, there are no service at all. According to TELKOM there are a 30 day COOL OF PERIOD, after that I am liable for the contract, sorted or NOT. How am I going to get if sorted if there are no reply from MONDO ???
