BUY MONDO/TELKOM IS A RIPP OFF!

<p>I bought a Huawei P8 phone in August through a BUY MONDO/TELKOM agent via the phone. To my surprise BUY MONDO/TELKOM delivered 2 phones and 3 SIM cards. After a series of calls (which cost me a fortune due to Buy Mondo's poor call centre service) I managed to request that BUY MONDO/ TELKOM come collect the extra phone and 2 SIM cards. However, much to my dismay BUY MONDO/ TELKOM still charge me for all the extra stuff even post the collection. I have called a million times and written a dozen emails trying to rectify this matter. I keep getting promises that the issue will be solved. It's now over 2 MONTHS and nothing has happened!!! The phone I ordered was supposed to cost me R139 a month and I get charged R458 for bull****! I am being ********** and there's no way of solving this matter because BUY MONDO doesn't even have offices I can go to. I URGE EVERYONE NOT TO EMPLOY THE SERVICES OF BUY MONDO/TELKOM AS YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF GETTING ********** LIKE ME!!!!</p>
