Busisiwe Sibamba - Sales Consultant

Good Day <br> <br> I app**** for a couple of phones in your Eastgate office and was told that i will receive a call from the consultant with regards to the outcome. After a couple of days i went online trying to get assistance as to what the procedure is and who exactly i can talk to telephonically as i was not able to visit the shop again. I selected chat to an agent and i specified that my issue was a sales issue . i had the unfortunate opportunity of speaking to BUSISIWE SIBAMBA who was rude and had answers like I DONT KNOW and TELKOM ONLY ASSISTS WALK IN CLIENTS(never mind the fact that we were chatting ONLINE). She was very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Needless to say IM NOT LOVING YOUR WORK RIGHT NOW!
