Busisiwe is the best customer service representative

Busisiwe was the best. When ever Telkom decides to promote People, she needs to be the person that get's the position first. I have spoken with many people in Telkom and no one has ever provided me with such good service before. She is truly an asset to your company and if she doesn't get promoted and pass on her amazing customer service s****s on to other agents then Telkom will never be able to recover from that bad image of customer service that is provided. One thing I commend her for is for the fact that when my line when very roudy, she patiently waited on the call for me.
