Businesses I will never use again: TELKOM AND FNB

Telkom just debit my account with twice the amount we are having a dispute with and then FNB tells me that after about one year of blocking this account due to the dispute they Telkom can again debit your account without FNB asking if it is a legit Transaction can you believe this so here goes NO TELKOM OR FNB for me in the future . If FNB cannot secure my debit orders then why would I even give them the opportunity to handle my bank account so here's to STANDARD BANK everyone says the APP is user friendly instead of FNB App it is so complicated even the staff does not know what is going on in the app and what products are offered. I am looking forward to doing business with Standard Bank and instead of useless e bucks from FNB now all my accounts linked can give me Rewards for EVERY PURCHASE love this.
