Business without telephone for several days

<p>Our business telephone lines are down since Monday. Everytime I contact the call centre (3 times a day), they give me the same story, that a technician will contact me. No techician has contacted me yet, we dont know what is the problem with the line, and if any technician even bothered looking into the problem. My business is loosing a lot of money, for customers cannot contact us. The reference number for the telkom call is: 956715. </p>
