Business un-operational due to phone lines down
The service from Telkom's technical department and call centre is pathetic.<br> We have been waiting since Monday, 15 February for our telephone lines to be sorted! <br> We are losing business while Telkom keeps changing the technicians and turn-around time for resolving the issue.<br> Please can someone explain to me HOW service can be so atrocious....
