Business Telkom line down

We have been waiting for over a week for Telkom to come fix a fault with our telephone line. I logged the call last week Tuesday the 4th of August and we have still not had a technician to come fix our problem. We are a business and we need our phone line and we are getting impatient and would like to know asap if someone is coming to fix it. Our reference number is 507CWK040815
