Business Service OUT OF ORDER for 5 days

<p>Telkom, refrence number 28CRI270217</p> <p> </p> <p>We write this with profound disappointment at how Telkom has addressed business accounts with logged calls, it has been 5 days without telephone lines. We have logged over 30 calls in the last 3 years... Enough is Enough! We are cancelling this service and can no longer tolerate the incompetencies.</p> <p> </p> <p>You don't even call the clienbt to find out is the service is restored, your so called technicians come on site and never say anything only to be sent a message that the service is restored when in fact nothing has been done.
