I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding unauthorized changes made to my existing contract, leading to the cancellation of my service.

On or around May 5th, 2025, I received a call from your sales department. During this call, I was offered additional data at an extra charge to be added to my current contract. I explicitly stated that no changes should be made to my existing contract, as I am nearing its end date and intend to conclude my service with your company at that time. I even specifically enquired about the contract's end date to confirm this.

To my surprise and utter disgust, your staff proceeded to make unauthorized changes to my account. My existing contract has been unilaterally cancelled, and my service has been suspended. This action was taken without my consent or authorization, directly contradicting my clear instructions during the aforementioned call.

The lack of communication from your side, beyond meaningless SMS messages, and the suspension of my service without prior warning or my explicit approval, is unacceptable and demonstrates ********* business practices. I am infuriated by this situation and the inconvenience it has caused.

I demand immediate resolution to this matter. I expect my original contract to be reinstated, my service to be restored without delay, and for all unauthorized changes to be reversed.

Please be advised that if this issue is not resolved promptly and to my satisfaction, I will be forced to pursue further action, including but not limited to, lodging a formal complaint with relevant regulatory bodies and seeking legal counsel for the damages incurred due to your company's *********** and ********* conduct.

I expect a prompt response and a clear plan of action to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
