BUSINESS PHONE LINE OUT OF ORDER SINCE 8 MARCH!

Line reported 8 March - technician came round about a week later, looked at the box / wires etc. and told me \That's not my job\". Switchboard company came round (at a fee!) and told us that the Telkom 2A box has no line input. I called their helpline (42 minutes waiting time off my cell phone) and received an escalation reference number. This was also about 2 weeks ago now. BUT WE ARE BILLED FOR THE LINE - AND HAVE TO RELY ON CELL PHONES. This is a business! How are we supposed to operate? I have also sent numerous emails trying to query, since I am not willing to spend more cell phone air time trying to reach someone who still does nothing anyway! WE ARE ON DAY 42!"
