Business Number Deactivated!!!

I cancelled a mobile contract that had reached its full term, indicating that I would switch to Telkom prepaid. Some call center agent decided to deactivate my number WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I use this number for business as well and clients cannot reach me. ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM TELKOM STAFF in trying to resolve this!!!!
