Business mobile cannot roam. No service constantly

Tried calling business customer care numerous times. Each time I'm transfered but the call gets dropped. This telkom business is a hoax as the phone cannot roam. I'm having no service almost daily if I drive. Roaming is on and the other telkom Sims roam except this one. Customer care is terrible to fix it
