We haven't had lines for more than two weeks, each time we contact them they take more than 30 minutes to attend to us and we are given a run around between accounts and technical division... we have been informed that they would send a technician to come through and have it sorted however they never come through
On a daily basis its a struggle as a business as we need our telephone lines, our clients are complaining that they are unable to get through to us via our lines, we are frustrated as we are losing business without our lines
