BUSINESS LINES TO BE TRANSFERRED TO NEW BUILDING

<p>I have been struggling since 25 August 2016 to get our business lines moved to our new office building with out any luck! </p> <p>I have been to telkom offices twice and everytime they give me some one else's e-mail to sort this out. I have mailed them then they just past the bucket to the next person and that one does not even reply back.... I have contacted 10213; 10214; 10217 and ***. A sales rep will pone me??? One mont later na call at all!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I went on the web and logged the call there, Telkom stating a consultant will contact me within 48 hours - useless to say no one called!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can some one help me please? I just need to move our lines, NO switchbord just lines to be transferred to the new building!! What is the procedures?</p>
