BUSINESS LINES OFF SINCE 26/03/2018. HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO FEEDBACK.

Fault 337CTZ260318 was reported 26/03/2018. And still nothing?! This is a business line. We are losing clients without this service. To date no technician has contacted us or were seen in the area to solve the problem. Only automatic sms's the whole time that does not solve our problem. Followed up telephonically this morning and nothing on the other end of the line as soon as I am put through to an agent. Handing it ASAP!
