Business Lines Down For 2 Weeks

My business lines have been down for the past two weeks. We called Telkom immediately and received a reference number: 420CTK201117. There after we have called them every single day, and we get excuses that it's in testing for the last four days, there-after Telkom told us that it's an under ground issue and a technician will be deployed on the same day. Till today we have not seen any technician nor have we received any feed back from Telkom.

This is terrible service, my business depends on our telephone lines and internet.

How am I supposed to run my business. If this issue isn't sorted out by the COB. I will be sending Telkom a lawyers letter and suing for loss of business.
