Business Lines down - 7 days and counting
We are Telkom Business clients. On 2021/08/27 we discovered all 5 of our business lines were faulty and immediately reported faults:
1CRI270821 2CRI270821 4CRI270821 3CRI270821 1CRZ270821
As of today, an entire week later, we have received no assistance. We have phoned, requested call backs, Tweeted and messaged, 15 times in total, to no avail. A technician is yet to appear. We are left at the mercy of Telkom who simply do not care about clients.

13 Sept 2021, 06:50Telkom came out after 8 days, fixed 2 lines and cleared all 5 reported faults (leaving 3 lines that are still faulty). After reporting the faults again, all of our lines are now down again. It's been 17 days?
