Business line still not restored due to Telkom incompetence

Business lines were cancelled by Telkom since 27/03/2020. Upon enquiry on the 31/03/2020 we were told that the lines was cancelled due to client request, even though we never did. They are unable to provide us with proof of such request and still haven't restored the 1 line even after numerous calls to them. Every time we contact them, we get told that the line will be restored in 72hrs. To date 17/04/2020, nothing has happened. Have spoken to Sthembile Mkhize,Asiphe, Laudine, Bhongo and Mandy Zuke. On the 07/04/2020, they restored 1 line and still haven't restored the other one which is basically the main line in the business. We have lost a lot of business during this time as our clients are unable to get hold of us. To make matters worse, nobody has bothered to contact us with feedback as to why the 2nd line has not been restored as yet.
