business line down due to *********** contractors

<p>Hi, our business line has been down now for the 5th day. When it went down on monday we logged a fault and said the line is dead and must have been cut somewhere. Guess what, they tested it "remotely" for 3 days for what? After that i phoned them again and started to escalate this issue since they clearly dont listen to what the client has to say even if the client is also in the IT industry and knows a little more than usual. During the day yesterday a technician arrived at the premises and investigated, he drove the the pole or something and discovered that the line and many other lines were indeed cut underground by some *********** telkom contractors who where digging to lay new lines, how do you not even know where your lines are, now we and other people are loosing business because of your *********** contractors. I told them from the start the line is OFF like in cut of somewhere.... 4 days to figure this out... Now we are still waiting on feedback on whats going to happen when, with no fix in sight. If you read this Telkom I want this fault escalated asap and i want to be given a proper update on how long its going to be and whats happening when so that we can make other arrangements.</p>
