Business line and mobile data for area down move than 7 days and still waiting for a technitian

Last month it took just over 14 days for the technician to be assigned to our fault, despite we in the DURBAN CBD area.

Now again over 7 days and still waiting for the fault to be assigned to a technician, despite it being a business account.

The entire area's struggle with mobile data since last week, and still no response.
