Business Line always not working

After many call to Telkom complaining about my business line not working it has still not been resolved. Calling the business call centre 10214 does not working please feel free to call and check for yourself, how is this possible please explain?????????

I called 10210 this morning i was put on hold and forgotten about. if this matter is not sorted out by tomorrow i will cancelled my service with telkom. How can i run my business without a landline please explain to me Telkom ???????????
