Business Landlines of for 6 business days with no service from Telkom.

We are an Accounting firm open from 8am to 5pm. Our telephone lines have been off for 6 business days. We have phoned numerous times to get a update on the faulty report with the reference number and the we get feedback " A technician has been dispatched" The first day the technician was here he seemed to fix the problem but connected another business landline to our phones, not our business number. Since day one, no technician has been dispatched to us. We are losing business by the hour, how do we fix this?
