Business Fault from the 08/03/2017

<p>We have had a line down from the 08/03/2017 Ref 539CRZ080317, everytime I phone I get the same answer they still busy with it and there is nothing they can do about it right now. this line has been down for 6 weeks now. Please can I have some sort of update on when this line will be working?</p>
