I have been 5 days without connection and now they asking me to pay 350 for power something and I must go fetch it myself at their offices

I’m 8 months pregnant being buying data since this issue and they have guts to tell me to pay , and my thing is same flats white people had a same issue they came and sorted that out with no extra charges and they came on time
