Business adsl not working

<p>Business adsl line is not working since 19-10-2016.</p> <p>Logged a fault and tried to get information from the call centre but to date no response on the problem.</p> <p>Fault log: 680CWK191016.</p> <p>I need internet access to run my business.</p>
