Business ADSL Down since 16/11/16

<p>Once again Telkom are showing their true colours. One of our businesses has been down since the 16/11/16 Almost a month now. All we get is , we are waiting for a technician to be dispatched. 1 month , this is rediculous!!!. I currently look after the cullinan group of companies and with service like this , i am going to port our business out of Telkom to another supplier.</p> <p>Rediculous</p> <p>Ref number - 12CNI161116 Service number - ********** - Escalation number - 919955</p>
