Business Account - Terrible Service - Close Account!

We have been trying to cancel Business Services and close our account unsuccessfully since Sept/Oct 2019. Still getting billed and called by debt collectors. I have spoken to 2 customer care agents and none of them bother to respond and emailed the Retention Center numerous times.
