Business 3 weeks without Internet / e-mail

My wife reported the company she works for Internet (offline) on 24 February ref 385CRK240216 and again online *** a week later. I then tried to assist her by contacting @TelkomZA on Twitter on 5th March. She has been in daily contact with the call centre. NO RESPONSE, NO ASSISTANCE. Internet and e-mails still off. All we get is: \it will be escalated, we will look into it, high workload, etc. etc. etc. OMG can some billionaire please start a company to take the monopoly away from Telkom? Why is there no competition for Telkom? "
