Business 101 lacking. Shocking.

Now I am ashamed to be dealing with a company such as yours. You continue doing same things and hope for a different outcome even when it is clear that would not work. This is simple, I am saying it again, fix the bill, send that to me and I shall pay it. Someone must for a change use logic and do the right thing. You are aware there is money in my account so it is not a matter of not having money to pay you but rather about principle. I will once again be calling my banker to once again, reverse the ******* debit order. It is shocking how common sense is not common within your entire organisation but it is not a surprise, that is why you are not doing well. You even unable to try and retain the very clients you already have cause I can tell you now, you wont have me as a client beyond the next few months when my contract will expire, something that should be a no brainer. Keep/retain your current client base.
