Bundle discount

I had to cancel my adsl services with telkom because they were overcharging me for a 20mbps line with 50gb of data.. i upgraded my adsl to 20 mbps and took the bundle together with 50gb. from telkom website i was supposed to pay 799 including line rental but my bill was over a 1000. guys in the telkom shop Gateway were confused. 1 almost changed my account to a 24 month contract without my consent(apparently this would fix the billing problem) which i refused. this was after numerous visits to the store and calling 10210. they said credit department would call back but they never did. Got tired of their nonsense and cancelled everything. will go back when they decide to give me the 'bundle discount' or just wait for the other providers offering fibre in my area and will never have to deal with telkom again.
