Bundle active without my knowladge, poor administration
<p>We had been contacted by telkoms sales Team in december last year offering to upgrade our Wifi package to a 20 gig package with an lte router etc etc , We agreed to the package upgrade, the guy promised that they will deliver a new router etc before christmas, none of these things came, we thought useless telkom did not do there work as usual and received nothing.</p> <p>Yesterday i finally made it to your reds mall store to enquire what happened, its already 6 months , the guy tells us we are already on a 20gig soft cap, Soooooo wheres the other stuff guys????? please get a copy of that calls and explain yourself , this is a bridge of contracts.</p> <p> </p> <p>This review has been published by me for Goolam ebrahim</p> <p> </p>
The guy who contacted us said they dont do telephonic sales :) so how the hell did the upgrade take place and by who? who gave you guys authority ? that just says to me that you guys can do what you want and change what you want , i will be reporting this higer if not resolved.
