Bunch of useless #@*& !!!

No telephone service since 18 September 2017.

Fault reported and escalated on numerous occasions.

Technicians on more than one occasion have visited my home but no feedback or solution provided.

Two weeks back, five guys randomly pitch up and install a new pole but still no line!

After all this, I still get billed the full amount and have to pay in full and then only receive a refund.
