Dear telkom..

U honestly have the worst service I have ever experienced in my life... I joined you in September on a 20mb fibre uncapped line for a gated community..

I agree to R976 a month.. yet I get billed R1639.00 that's the same price as a 100mb line... I then get told that if I don't pay it u going to block my line... even though their is a dispute.. it takes u 7 to 14 days to go through a dispute. How pathetic is your customer service.

How can you guys just decide how much I get charged monthly...

Every month it is the same issue and nobody can seem to fix the issue..

I want to cancel my contract as nothing is as agreed on my contract and every month their is a problem...
