****** ****** ****** Took a contract in April 2021 . Which i was paying every month never skipped any payment . When my contract is suppose to end all im getting is calls to renew my contract which i have told them several times that im not renewing im happy with my phone . Come month end April i receive benefits from telkom and called them guess what im suppose to cancel the contract 2 months before the contract ends . Who told me that ? No one did and in my understanding the agreement was 24 months . They busy calling me for renewal and not telling me that i need cancel it . Contract ended in April but i still have to pay until June . Im so ****ed and will never use this network provider again . Part of me wants to cancel the debit order because im paying for something that i was not told about . I really don’t understand this . Im so ****ed All they want is to make sales . I’ve been loyal to them ever since i took the contract and this is how i get to be treated for being loyal .
