Bunch of ***** and misleading sales reos

When we upgrade our wi fi, the consultant offered us the 40 gig package at 250om. Only to find out we have 30 gig pm. When agreeing to the package it was 20 night and 20 day Every month. Firstly that's not true, they say it's over 55 days when u call them, what a bunch of *****, we are not receiving our full data as promised, the data has expiry dates which was never explained. I want our call when the upgrade was done to be reviewed and for us to be contacted, we are paying for WI fi we are not receiving on a monthly basis as promised. Urgent feedback is required or I will take this further
