I have been waiting for Telkom to come and fix my line and they never came. Today I called them 3 times. I spoke to Xolani, Samantha and Ntswaki and all of them had a different story. If you Telkom as a company lie to your clients all the time at least tell the same lie. My call has been escalated and still no help from you. My kids are writing exams and needs internet and right now I'm paying for something I don't have and mind you we paid our bill yesterday. Escallation number is 774133 and Ref number is 260crk241015. Your technicians aren't doing their work, they sleeping in their company vans, and I have the photos to prove how damn hard they working, bunch of idiots if you ask me.
