Bunch of *****!!!!!!

I have been having issues with my ADSL for days now, Some guy called me and tole me that services were restored. to my surprise when i got home services were not restored. i did not have services for more than a week. Now telkom says that is your services are disrupted due to their fault, they will credit you for the day you didn't have a service. this is all lies and Telkom's contact centre is just as useless!!!!!!!
