Bunch of ***********s and ***** at Telkom

<p>I have not had a telephone since 24/10 reference 736CTZ241016 refers according to the Track a Fault this problem has been resolved (hence the lying). I have been contacted several times daying the problem will be resolved in 5 days (obviously they don't know what 5 days means). To add insult to the incompetence shown I have received several SMS's thanking me for making Telkom my internet server of choice. I used to use Telkom several years ago but after getting a speed of 9KB per second which was absolutely useless I wouldn't recommend anyone to use Telkom for the internet.</p>
