Bunch of *********** Idiot

After doing a telephonic application with Telkom on the 01 Oct. The sales person Zama said the application will be processed and the debit will go off within 48hrs & she will call me within 72hrs - this didn't happen. I received sms notification on the 03 Oct 2015 saying the amount will be debited within the next 3 working days. On the 06 Oct 2015 the amount was deducted. As per my telephone conversation delivery of my new phone will be 5-7 days after payment is received. 23Days later & after numerous calls to Telkom and threatening to cancel my contract it arrives on the 29/10/2015 in the wrong colour and with a nano sim which the phone does not support! ***?! Are you that doff????
