BUNCH OF ****ING *******

I received my latest invoice for payment that will be due by the 31-10-2017. On the invoice I see you charging me R12.87 for my smartbroadband wireless. I would like to know why is this charge added to my invoice and for what it is? On the 25-09-2017 my data was finished at 16:15, the data sim card from that day up until today was not put into a modem or phone yet you ****ing do as you please and add charges to my account. Every month you ****ers ***** up the ****ing billing.
