I called in to change my account details as my old bank account had been closed. I was assure the new banking details have been captured for the debit order to go off, come the 15th the payment was not deducted, I went the same day and made a payment via easy pay but yet I was charged a payment rejection fee. It wasn’t my fault your customer service personnel didn’t do the job they’re required to do.
