Bunch of ****** they need to be reported to consumer protection

Besides telkom being known for having a ****ty signal and sending you 100 stupid messages when inquiring about things like airtime. I decided to give telkom a try as I was shopping for a phone. I went to Telkom in Rosebank Mall, got assisted by Raymond. Upon discovering that they did not have the phone I wanted on stock, he offered to order it in for me. I was over the moon that someone was going an extra mile. The biggest blunder was my prepaid number being changed to a contract number without me being notified. I just noticed that I cudn make calls nor receive any of the calls. I was cut off from the outside world just like that. Cherry on top this is all done without me receiving the actual phone. I am by default already in a contract
