@TelkomZA is the worst service provider 2 ever deal with. 2 phones were **********ly bought in my name on the 26-10-18 I called and logged a complaint. I sent supporting docs to ********** Mchunu gave me ref number ********** 0 and said their turnaround time is 72 hours but for ***** may take up to a month. I called on the 14-11-18 as I had not even received an sms to confirm my case. The lady asked that I send the same spoken to another lady that is suffering the same issue. The phones were sent to the same docs to her email address to expedite my case. I emailed her the documents to ********** . I called the call centre on the 31-12-18 this is more than 2 months of the first call and spoke to Nomusa Luthuli. According to her my case hasn't been worked on as I have not sent my documents. This call just shows just how ridiculous Telkom call centre is. I have been on the call more that one hour. She said she is transferring to her Manager Siyambonga Sithole. I have been waiting for the Manager to answer for more than 20mins. I have never seen such terrible service, especially when it is a ***** case. I have address in Bloemfontein.
