Bunch of clowns at Telkom

<p>Last year Sep, I got Telkom to install a line so we could get ADSL. They came and told us that there was no conguate so they could not install it. When I got home, I saw that there was in fact a conguate and told Telkom to come back. Then they can come and install the line. Then they come back again and install another line. I did not ask them to come and install a 2nd line. I told them to cancel it and the 1st line needs to be converted to ADSL. I was told that they cannot convert because there are no available ports in my area. They told me to call back in a few days and see the status on this. I called back and was told that this could take from 3 months to a year, So I cancelled my contract with Telkom. Now they have handed me over for monies owed to them. The servce is not even operational and now they want money. I am sorry but I am not paying over 1 cent. They messed up and now they must sort their side out. How dare they wat money from me?</p>
