Bullying

<p>We signed up for a telkom adsl line. Couple of months later telkom contacted me and insisted that they have to install a fibre line. I would get a 3 month trial and then i can go back to my old package. On this calI i said to this person that i would try this but i will not take the package. I even sent them an email on the 26th of May and asked them to cancel this fibre and put me back on te copper line which is faster. I am now getting billed R1100 a month for a fibre line! I didnt sign up for this!!!</p> <p>This is bull****!</p>
