Bull**** services from telkom collections department

Telkom collections is truly disappointing as i have been escalating to them for the past 2 weeks that my account is up to date and to remove my account of collections so that it does not lead to suspension. However it has now lead to this. What a damn F***ing inconvenience to me as a customer i never had a situation with telkom and for me to experience this makes me wonder what the f*** can happen next. Is telkom hiring people to sleep or do the f***ing work.
