Bull**** Charges on Telkom

I won't be paying the charged for Payment not provided for. My debit order goes off on the 15th, i called and ask if i paid it online that it won't go off my account and thats before i paid it. I was told it takes 48hours to reflect on my account and it won't go off on my account. I paid it so i had one less thing to worry about. Now that I'm querying about the charge, I'm told that i had to pay it 15 days before. SORRY BUT I WON'T BE PAYING IT. I'm cancelling my debit order and I'll pay my account manually for the amount of the contract and not any other amount. This is bs
